On January 1, 2017, Hylton B. Hobday was promoted as Pennsylvania Regional Manager, following the retirement of Susan Peters after 15 years of service. He worked closely with Ms. Peters in the Harrisburg office for the past three years to ensure a smooth transition with ASC Group clients and agency contacts. In his new role, Hylton will be responsible for overseeing the Pennsylvania Region offices, managing projects, directing proposal preparation, and marketing. He has more than 15 years of experience in environmental regulatory compliance, primarily with the National Environmental Policy Act (NEPA).
